3) Present continuous (ing)                    now, at the moment, right now ( palabras de frecuencia)

Present progressive                         

 

 

las acciones que estan sucediendo en el momento, tambien se usa para acciones que estan sucediendo en el presente, duran mucho tiempo y continuan, aunque no necesariaente esten ocurriendo en el momento.    (ing)

 

 

Am/ is/ are + adj describen personas  cosas      ejemplo: she is you

 

Verb + ing describen actividades q´ estan sucediendo ahora

 

En presente continuo se pone ing = ando/endo

 

·         I playing futboll in th school

·         Laura is taking us home = laura llevanos a casa

Copy= copying    sit = sitting

 

1.- He´s speaking spanish = la oracion tiene el verbo TO BE, el verbo tiene ING 

El esta hablando español

 

2. - Dan is running in the central park right now

  * Where is Dan running right now? 

  * Dan isn’t running right now

3. - Carmen and Joe are quitting smoking now

  * Where are Carmen and Joe quitting?

  * Carmen and Joe aren’t quitting smoking now

4.-shawn is chewing gum inside of classroom, what a bad habit!   

  * Why Shawn is chewing?

  * Shawn is do not chewing gum inside of classroom, what a bad habit!

5. - I’m playing attention, he’s not paying attention and they’re not paying attention
